Domestic landscape, 2018 - ongoing
This series is an ongoing project about my domestic landscape, a self portrait taken through the women who share a part of my life.
An organic environment surrounds this body of work, where different matter collide together and act as iconographic references to artistic genres such as still life and nudes; life and decay. These images illustrate my emotions, feelings and memories. Fragments of intimacy, where through my twin sister I portray myself, and the bond that links us to our mother, it’s a visual narration on how we have become and always will be a mirror to one another, which makes her the soul of my photography work.
